1 General Terms

Bab 88 is an online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and select regions. These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, bonuses, and transactions available on bab 88.

2 Account Registration

• Single Account: Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are created by the same individual, all of them will be closed.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Bab 88 accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (BDT three hundred).
• Deposit Currency: Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) is accepted directly.
• Third Parties Prohibited: Deposits from another person's account are not accepted. The name on your payment method must match your registered name.
• Processing Time: Deposits are usually instant. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Chargeback: Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed. Any chargeback attempt will result in account suspension.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from bab 88. We are committed to keeping the withdrawal process fast and secure.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (BDT five hundred).
• Processing Time: Usually completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Verified KYC members will experience faster processing.
• Same Method: Withdrawals must generally be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Verification: Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.
• Active Bets: Withdrawals cannot be made while a bet or game is still active.
• Weekly Limit: The maximum withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000 per week (different limits may apply for VIP members).

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bab 88 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Wagering requirement is 30x.
• Free Spins: Applicable to selected games. Winnings from free spins are subject to a 20x wagering requirement.
• Cashback: The weekly cashback bonus has no wagering requirements and can be withdrawn directly.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses must be used within 30 days of being issued; otherwise, they will expire and be forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming on bab 88. Individual games or betting categories may have their own additional rules.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) — completely fair and tamper-free.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a technical error, bets may be voided.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each game. Any attempt to place a bet beyond the limit will be rejected by the system.
• In Sports Betting, if the result of a match is revised, all bets will be settled according to the updated outcome.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bab 88 will decide whether to void or resume the affected bets.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bab 88. Any involvement in these activities may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• False Information: Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic betting with the intent to exploit bonuses unfairly.
• Hacking & Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering or legitimizing illegal funds.
• Robotic Betting: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Minors: Assisting anyone under 18 in creating an account or placing bets.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Bab 88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• Involvement in any unlawful activity.
• At the member's own request.
• Upon requesting self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

If an account is closed, the decision to return any valid balance rests with bab 88. In cases of fraud, the balance will be forfeited.
